In 1998 Joy Senior Secondary School initiated a patriotic video, under the able direction and guidance of a man with a 'Vision for an accomplished Mission' "Mr. Akhilesh Maben". This video made a history having 1200 students participation and bagged a valuable position in "Limca Book Of Records". This video has been telecasted on ZEE TV for several times.

In 2009 Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Vikas Sangralaya -Bhopal invited the Balrang winning team of Joy Senior. The event was Yuva Sadbhavna Sammellan and the team performed in the presence of H.E. Governor of M.P. Mr. Rameshwar Thakur.
